PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

Active duty military personnel and honorably discharged veterans with valid ID or DD214 receive 20% off with coupon code MIL20, and Cob Hill Lifetime of Learning (L.o.L.) Members can register with coupon code LOLMEM as spots are available. Workshop spots must be reserved with a non-refundable deposit whether or not tuition is paid in full upon registration. Please note, we will not hold a spot in a workshop without a deposit. Full payment must be made thirty days prior to start date. If the workshop is cancelled by NaturalBuildingOrg a full refund of all monies paid will be returned.

For Deposit-only the deposit is non-refundable, however, it may be credited toward a future course provided you enroll within one year.

Paid-in-full registrations cancelled 31 days or more before the start of the workshop, the total payment minus deposit and processing fees will be refunded, the full cost may be credited to a future workshop for which you enroll within one year.

Paid-in-full registrations cancelled 15 to 30 days before the start of the workshop, only half of the total payment will be refunded, and the other half will be credited to a future workshop for which you enroll within one year.

Paid-in-full registrations canceled 14 days or less from the workshop start date forfeit all payments. If, however, you can find someone willing to pay you directly in order to take your place in the workshop, we can work with them to change the registration into their name with your approval.

Please be in communication right away if you have to cancel. Because workshops are awfully expensive to facilitate, and people need a lot of time to plan vacation time and travel, when we get a last-minute cancellation, we often cannot fill that spot causing a loss in funds as we have already purchased supplies and food for your stay. We want everyone to have a chance to learn natural building and will work with you the best we can to make that happen. Please keep us informed so we can give everyone a positive experience. LIFETIME OF LEARNING MEMBERSHIP

One of the advantages of taking a workshop here at Cob hill Natural building School is the Lifetime of Learning Program. Once you have successfully completed a full 10-day or longer workshop, you are automatically enrolled into the program! The Lifetime of Learning membership allows you to return for comparable workshops in the future for life, paying only a food and facilities fee to cover a partial expenses when space is available. (This is $20/day in 2022 but will increase in 2023 to adjust for inflation.) This drastically discounted admission enables you to have the support of our staff and volunteers to help guide you through your own future building adventures, and ensures you have all the knowledge you need at each step of the way! You will be presented with your own Lifetime of Learning ID card at the end of your first 10-day workshop. (Please note that “L.o.L.” spaces are typically limited to two during workshops, so it is critical to register early to hold your space.) Welcome to our Natural Building Family!
